About Lilly

I am a degree-qualified Chinese Medicine practitioner and acupuncturist, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) under the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA). I am also a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA). I am committed to offering acupuncture and Chinese Medicine care that is safe, considered, evidence-informed, and tailored to the individual.

My passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine developed over ten years ago after experiencing my own health difficulties. Treating symptoms alone no longer felt enough - I wanted to better understand my body and take a more active role in my health. Through acupuncture and other Chinese Medicine therapies, I experienced the profound impact this medicine can have in encouraging balance and supporting overall wellbeing.

In addition to my clinical practice, I am also a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, having completed a two-year teacher training in the Iyengar method. This approach emphasises precision, alignment, and the intelligent use of props to create balance within the body. The practice has deeply shaped my understanding of movement, posture, breath, and nervous system regulation, and continues to influence the grounded, attentive, and precise approach I bring to treatments in clinic.
